Online Giving Instructions

Ss. Peter and Paul has made online giving available for our weekly offerings, as well as for other parish collections.  Donating is simple, safe, and secure! If you need help logging into your online giving account, please call the parish office for assistance!

You’ll be able to give to any of the church collections and view complete financial records at any time.  Set up a one-time or recurring donation by following these easy steps:

  1. If you already have an account, click on "Sign in" and enter your email or phone number followed by your password. 
  2. If you do not have an account, click "Create One".
  3. Fill out all the information for your account, and click Register when done.
  4. Once you submit your registration you will be taken back to the Give Now section of the giving site, and you’ll notice you have a few more tabs than before. You are now logged into your new Donor Account.
  5. You can now either give a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift. 

 You can return at any time to edit your donations or to view your giving history. If you have any questions, please call Emily, Parish Business Manager, at 618-939-6426 ext. 20.

FAQs!

What is Online Giving?
Online Giving is a direct payment program whereby your contribution is debited automatically from your checking, savings, or credit card account into your church's bank account.

What are the advantages of Online Giving?
It makes it easy to fulfill stewardship commitments, even when you can't attend church. You never have to bring cash or checks to church. Giving electronically also helps the church save money and improve its budget!

How are my contributions automatically deducted from my account?
Once you complete the online registration form, the contribution amount you specify will automatically be transferred from your bank account to the church's bank account.

When will my contribution be deducted from my account?
Your electronic contribution will be debited on the date you specify on the donation form.

Without a canceled check, how can I prove I made my contribution?
Your bank statement gives you an itemized list of electronic transactions as well as your online reports. You will also receive email confirmation after a donation is made. 

Can I put different amounts in offerings and have all of them withdrawn at different times?
You can set up to contribute to different offerings at different times; HOWEVER you will have to do each one separately. You will receive a receipt for each one.

What if I change bank accounts?
Login and update your account information.

What if I try Online Giving and don't like it?
You can cancel your authorization by deleting your accounts and donation dates at anytime.
